Former CFSGAM Portfolio Manager looks for new opportunities

Jacqueline Fernley has confirmed to Industry Moves her departure from the role of portfolio manager within the Australian equities, core team at Colonial First State Global Asset Management (CFSGAM), effective June 2018.

Fernley joined CFSGAM in July 2016, charged with managing small cap exposures, following 18 months as a principal and portfolio manager with boutique firm, Areté Investment Partners.

Fernley is an experienced small cap investor with more than 20 years' expertise in portfolio management and stock research - primarily in small and mid-cap companies.

Commenting on what she plans to do next, Fernley said: "I am actively looking for a new challenge which utilises the breadth of my skills and experience."
