Centuria Capital appoints new CFO

Centuria Capital has appointed Simon Holt as chief financial officer (CFO).

Holt has global experience in the areas of treasury, property and listed securities. He previously held senior finance positions at both Westfield and WorleyParsons and was most recently the CFO of WorleyParsons.

Commenting on the appointment, group CEO John McBain said: "Simon is well qualified to help steer Centuria through its next period of growth and on behalf of senior management and the Board of Directors, we welcome him to Centuria."

Christopher Johnston, who stepped in as interim CFO in January 2016, will resume the role of group financial controller.
