National property fund manager Centennial has bolstered its asset management and wealth distribution ranks by appointing two industry specialists from Charter Hall and Centuria.
The appointments are a response in response to its expanding investor base and growth across the country's mid-space commercial real estate sector.
Twenty-year property investment veteran Nick Lidonnici joins as head of portfolio management, overseeing the asset management team and fund management operations of the non-institutional industrial and logistics assets.
He joins from Charter Hall where he oversaw the strategic management and expansion of its industrial and logistics portfolio across four states, with a combined value of more than $10 billion.
For four years, he was the deputy chair of the Property Council of Australia - covering infrastructure, industrial and logistics.
Also joining Centennial's team is Dylan Tomkins who has been appointed director of wealth management following a nine-year career at Centuria.
During his time at Centuria, Tomkins was pivotal in managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and wholesale investors, raising new equity and coordinating investor and stakeholder relations.
