Cbus Super has appointed a new brand and marketing executive to further leverage its history and longeivity with the building and construction industry.

Potta Findikidis arrives from Suncorp, where she served as an executive marketing manager at the group's banking arm.

The industry fund said Findikidis arrives with executive experience across a number of industries and will bring strong strategy and leadership skills with a focus on building successful and energised brand and marketing teams.

She has over 20 years of experience in customer strategy, segmentation, brand strategy, product marketing, customer experience, digital marketing and operations across telecommunications, financial services, health insurance and not-for-profit organisations.

Cbus deputy chief executive and chief member officer Marianne Walker said the appointment is critical for a specialist super fund with a brand and legacy its members are incredibly proud of.
