Cbus appoints analytics head

Cbus Super has promoted Mengsha Gao to head of investment performance analytics, from senior manager.
Gao has been at Cbus Super for four and a half years joining from Hesta as investment operations manager focused on performance and pricing.
Before that, she spent four years at Australian Unity Investments as an investment analyst and three years before that at National Australia Bank in the analytics field.
"Mengsha has been leading the Investment Performance Analytics function and team over a period that has seen significant uplift in the delivery of insights and reporting capability," a Cbus Super spokesperson said.
"The promotion recognises the strong and broader contribution she continues to make as part of the investment enablement leadership team."
