Milner is currently the principal of Milner Lawyers in Brisbane, having worked previously as a partner at Blake Dawson Waldron and as a senior partner at Clayton Utz. She has been an admitted solicitor since 1996 and is a current committee member of the Queensland Supreme Court Library.
