Zurich Financial Services Australia (Zurich) has announced that long-standing independent director, Catherine Osborne, will be stepping down from her role in accordance with the board's tenure policy, effective 1 December 2016.
Osborne joined Zurich's Australian Superannuation board (ZAS) in 2007. She is to be replaced by former Lazard Asset Management CEO, Susan Roberts.
Commenting on her departure, ZAS board chair, Winsome Hall, thanked Osborne for her service.
"I'd like to acknowledge Catherine's time on our board, in particular her work overseeing the claims committee, as well as the audit and compliance of the board."
