CareSuper's head of marketing Peter Theodorakopoulos has resigned from the industry fund after 18 years.
His colleague Tas Tzoulis will step into the role of acting chief marketing officer.
Before joining the $19 billion super fund for professional, managerial, administrative, and service industries, Theodorakopoulos worked as a corporate manager at MLC Wealth Management.
CareSuper chief executive, Julie Lander, expressed her thanks to Theodorakopoulos for his contribution to the fund.
"Peter has been instrumental in building CareSuper's brand, marketing, and product functions over the last 18 years," she said.
"From day one, Peter has focused on providing the best possible experience for our members, and he has contributed significantly to the fund's success.
"On behalf of CareSuper, I would like to thank Peter for his commitment and leadership and wish him all the best for the future."
Theodorakopoulos said he had thoroughly enjoyed his time at CareSuper and looked forward to a break before exploring new opportunities in 2022.
"I have felt very fortunate to work with a team so passionate about making a difference to the lives of our members," he said.
"It has been a privilege to be involved in shaping a super fund that has delivered such outstanding member outcomes."
