Calastone appoints former Macquarie exec as Director of Business Development

Global Fund Transaction network Calastone has appointed Tony Nejasmic to the role of director of business development.

Nejasmic has over 20 years' distribution and sales experience within the platform, managed accounts, industry fund and AFSL licensee markets. For the past 15 years he has worked with Macquarie Bank in a number of roles including the launch and subsequent distribution of the Macquarie Wrap service. Most recently he was division director with responsibility for the distribution of the Macquarie Managed Account platform. Previous to Macquarie, he spent time at both Asgard and Count Financial Group in similar sales roles.
