BUSSQ Super appoints chair

Christopher Taylor has been appointed as chair of BUSSQ, the super fund covering the building, construction, and civil industries.

Taylor has been an employer director on the BUSSQ board since February.

He runs three construction companies in Queensland - Taylor Builders TP Aquatic Constructions and Taylor Home.

Currently, he sits on the Master Builders Queensland board.

"I'd like to thank the outgoing chair Paula Masters for leading BUSSQ over the past four years and for her service to the board and the members of the fund over that time,'' said Taylor.

Commenting on the appointment, Masters said it had been a privilege to serve as chair of BUSSQ, and she looked forward to continuing to contribute as a board member under Taylor's leadership.

Taylor will officially commence as chair on 1 July 2022.
