Brighter Super expands investment team

Hamish McKibbin has started a new job with Brighter Super as a portfolio analyst - equities.

McKibbin joins from Vanguard Asset Management in London, where he focused on funds management and portfolio construction.

During his five years at the company, he held roles including personal investor experience, equity investment support and portfolio construction analyst.

Previous roles include Saxo Bank Group Asia Pacific, where he was a multi-asset client adviser and ANZ, where he worked as a relationship manager in the bank's wealth division.

Head of listed equities and ESG Fiona Mann said she was delighted to welcome McKibbin to the team.

"Hamish's experience in investment and relationship management will be a valued perspective in supporting the ESG integration across all fund portfolios as we continue to expand and offer our members the results of our merger," she said.

"We have also welcomed Oliver Boyte to the team as a sustainable investment steward.

Previous companies include Clean Energy Finance Corporation, Temasek-owned STT GDC and Societe Generale.

"I look forward to watching these two new players take our team from strength to strength," added Mann.
