Bridges appoints Head of Business Support

IOOF-owned Bridges Financial Services (Bridges) has announced the appointment of Kate Anderson to the role of head of business support, effective 3 January 2017.

Anderson is currently the head of technical services at IOOF.

She has 15 years' experience in the financial services industry, predominantly managing technical teams to provide information and strategies on financial planning issues and identifying strategic opportunities arising out of legislation.

Commenting on her appointment, Bridges CEO, Nathan Stanton, said: "Kate will be instrumental in helping to build and further develop the Business Support team for Bridges and we are delighted to have her join the team."

Anderson is also joined by new appointee, Eric Quak, who will assume the role of head of practice growth.

Stanton added: "The appointments round out a strong Bridges leadership team and pleasingly, both candidates come from within the broader IOOF group, which is testament to the high calibre of talent we can tap into here at Bridges."
