Board moves at Raiz Invest

The ASX-listed micro-investing fintech has announced the resignation of Harvey Kalman from the board following his recent appointment as executive chair at PAC Capital.

Kalman will also step down as chair of MSC Trustees, the boutique corporate trust, but said he would " likely keep an association with them".

Raiz chair chair Kelly Humphreys said Kalman has been a valued board member since joining in October 2021, initially as chair and more recently as a non executive director and chair of the audit committee.

"His strong financial services experience has played an important role in contributing to the company successfully refreshing its Strategy and repositioning itself  more strongly as we move into FY24," she said.

"Our board will continue to work closely with management to execute our strategy and build on the positive momentum created over the past several months,"

Humphreys thanked Kalman for his contribution and added that the board will start the search for a new director.

His departure follows the resignation of Stuart Grimshaw as chair in May following his appointment as chief executive at SX-listed fintech Humm.
