BlueRock, the professional advisory firm, has bolstered its wealth offering by adding two new advisors to the executive team.

The appointments of Lyle Meaney and Trent McCamley come just as BlueRock moves to service SME business owners in every aspect of their business and family life.

Lyle Meaney has been recruited as executive managing partner of wealth.

As part of his role, he will be responsible for leading the investments and wealth strategy across the group, including the delivery of financial advisory, estate planning and life insurance services.

Meaney joins from E&P Wealth where he was chief executive for 17 years.

Previous roles include four years with Morgans Financial and the same time with National Australia Bank's private banking business.

McCamley joins BlueRock with over 20 years of wealth management experience working as an adviser or in senior management positions, having founded the McCamley Investment Group 15 years ago.

Earlier, he worked at Citi for eight years, most recently as deputy head of the bank's local wealth management.

BlueRock founder Peter Lalor said the new hires bring a fresh perspective and innovative ideas to the firm's existing wealth management practices, challenging the status quo and driving the company to adopt new approaches in a rapidly changing financial services landscape.

The newcomers add strength to the capability and experience of Jarrod Broadbent, managing director of investments, whose team joined BlueRock in July 2021 following a merger with his company Broadbent Financial.

The new structure also allows the head of private wealth, Adam Morse, to focus on BlueRock's family office services, which now sees the firm in a strong position to offer end-to-end financial advisory and investment management.

This includes estate planning, unique investment management, superannuation advice, and other services tailored to individuals at all stages of life.
