Blue Sky has announced the appointment of Elaine Stead to its board, effective 30 September 2016.
Stead joined Blue Sky in 2013 and is the managing director of the firm's venture capital divisions.
She has worked for a number of years as a venture capitalist and management consultant in Australia and the United States. She has also worked in strategic management consulting, with both NASDAQ and ASX listed and private companies based in Australia and the US.
Commenting on her appointment, Blue Sky's chair, John Kain said: "Elaine has been the driving force behind our successful venture capitalist expansion... I am delighted to welcome Elaine to our board."
