Bennelong adds to sales team

Bennelong Funds Management has added Jonathan Wakeman to its distribution team reporting to institutional sales head Eric Finnell.

Wakeman joins Bennelong from Vanguard Investments, where he was a business development manager.

Before that, he lived in London, where he worked for Euromoney Institutional Investor as a capital markets conference sales manager.

He previously served as a British Army captain specialising in training and operations.

Finnell said Wakeman will represent Bennelong in both the institutional and retail channels.

"Jonathan's background and experience will be a great asset to the distribution team, particularly as Bennelong continues to prioritise growth in the institutional market," he said.
