Bennelong exec leaves to join UK Distribution arm

Bennelong Funds Management has announced that Ryan Durance has been appointed to Bennelong's recently launched UK distribution arm, BennBridge, as the firm's head of business development.

He was most recently the director of distribution, institutional at Bennelong and is succeeded by Matthew Briggs, who started in the role on 6 March 2017.

Prior to joining Bennelong, Durance worked at Schroders PLC in London, where he was an equity long/short product manager. Before that, he was an international sales manager at Cazenove Capital Management and a private banker at UK Private Bank, Barclays Wealth.

Commenting on Bennelong's new venture, head of distribution, Andrew Aitken, said: "It's such an exciting time at Bennelong as we look to extend the local success story offshore, with the opening of BennBridge in the UK."
