Barry Lambert, chair of Class Limited, the SMSF cloud software provider for accountants and advisers, has announced his retirement, effective immediately.
Lambert served as chair of Class for eight years and successfully led the firm to its IPO in December 2015.
In a statement to the ASX, the firm said that Lambert is retiring to concentrate on campaign work for greenlight.support, a human rights campaign to support Australians in poor health.
Lambert is succeeded by Matthew Quinn, who joined the Class board in July 2015. The board is in the process of recruiting a new independent director.
