Aware Super PE analyst moves to the UK

One of Aware Super's private equity analysts hs left the country to start a new role at Coller Capital, the London-based private equity specialist.

Lillian Lin has joined the firm dedicated to the private capital secondaries market.

She was hired as a financial analyst.

Lin worked at Aware Super for about two years as lead portfolio analyst within the private equity team.

Previously, she held a senior corporate assurance role at KPMG and a transaction position at Grant Thornton's Shanghai office.

Having cleared all three levels of CFA exams, Lin reckons she has earned her charter.

"This journey was nothing short of challenging, but it has been entirely worth it," she posted on social media.

"The countless late nights of studying, the dedication, and the unwavering commitment that I put into preparing for each level tested my limits in ways I couldn't have imagined.

"Throughout this process, I learned the true value of perseverance and resilience. I faced moments of self-doubt and exhaustion, but I never gave up.

"Instead, I found the strength to keep going, fueled by my passion for finance and investment. I truly relished every step of this journey, and I am excited to continue growing in my career with this valuable achievement in hand."
