AustralianSuper exec to join Frontier as Head of People

Frontier Advisors has announced the appointment of Margie Hill to the newly-created role of head of people.

Hill, who will join the asset consulting firm on 25 June, has spent the last nine years as general manager, people and culture at AustralianSuper. Prior to this, she held senior human resources roles with Westpac, Telstra and TRUenergy.

Commenting on her appointment at Frontier, newly-appointed CEO, Andrew Polson, said: "Bringing in a person [with] Margie's skills and experience will be of great benefit as we strive to create an environment where our people can perform at their best."

He added: "Across her career, Margie has demonstrated great leadership in relation to diversity and inclusion, and in particular gender equality. That's of great importance in a business like ours, as it should be in all businesses, and we look forward to continuing to build what we believe is already the most well-balanced and versatile asset consulting team in the country."
