Ethical investment and superannuation provider Australian Ethical Investment (Australian Ethical) has announced the appointment of Allyson Lowbridge to the newly-created role of chief customer officer, effective October 2016.

The announcement comes on the back of news that the business has exceeded $2 billion in FUM and has strengthened both its marketing/sales and finance/operations teams.

In her new role, Lowbridge is responsible for overseeing the fund's marketing, communications and client relationships. She is also responsible for customer experiences across B2B and B2C channels.

Lowbridge has over 20 years' experience in financial services marketing and joins Australian Ethical from NAB/MLC. Previously she held roles with InvestSmart, Bell Direct, Zurich, St. George Wealth and BT Financial Group.
