Asia Principal Capital appoints Director

Craig Matthew has confirmed to Industry Moves his appointment at venture capital and strategic advisory firm Asia Principal Capital as a director, effective June 2017.

In this role, Matthew is responsible for bringing private market opportunities to the institutional and HNW marketplace in Australia, as well as working in an advisory capacity for the companies themselves.

Previously, Matthew was a director with Capital Group from July 2012 until December 2016 and prior to that he spent 19 years with Alliance Bernstein.

Commenting on his appointment at Asia Principal Capital, partner, Martin Dalgleish, said: "We're thrilled to have someone of Craig's calibre join the team. Craig's 25 years of experience in investments with high net worth, endowment, and institutional pension entities in both Australia and the U.S. is highly relevant."
