Morningstar has announced its Australasian chief executive Anthony Serhan is to step down from the role to become managing director of research and strategy, Asia-Pacific for Morningstar's global research group. Serhan will be replaced by Heather Brilliant, current global director of equity and corporate credit research, and Mark Roomans, current chief operating officer of Morningstar Europe, as co-chief executive officers effective April 1.
