Industry super fund LUCRF Super has confirmed the appointment of Ann Byrne as an independent director. Byrne was formerly the chief executive of both the Australian Council of Superannuation Investors and Unisuper. Her appointment to the LUCRF Super board, along with fellow new appointee Judith Smith, brings the total female directors to five.
