AMP Limited has announced the appointment of David Cullen as its new group general counsel, effective immediately.
Cullen, who began his career with the wealth manager in 2004, was most recently group company secretary & general counsel, governance. He has been acting group general counsel since the departure of Brian Salter on 30 April 2018.
Cullen has nearly 25 years' experience in law, with roles in the areas of M&A, corporate law and corporate governance. Before joining AMP he worked for law firms Blake Dawson Waldron and Gilbert + Tobin and spent two years with the ASX.
