AMP Ltd appoints Group Company Secretary

AMP Limited has announced the appointment of Marissa Bendyk as general counsel, corporate and governance & group company secretary.

Following this appointment, David Cullen, AMP's group general counsel, will cease to hold the role of company secretary, effective 6 May 2019.

Bendyk has significant experience in the legal profession with expertise in corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, AMP said. Before joining AMP, she worked at APA Group and King & Wood Mallesons.

In her new role, she will report directly to David Cullen.
