AMP Chief Risk Officer to depart

AMP has announced the departure of its chief risk officer, Saskia Goedhart, effective 8 February 2018.

Goedhart, who has more than 20 years' experience as a risk management professional, joined AMP as CRO in 2015. Prior to this, she was a partner at EY, based in Canada, responsible for risk management in the financial sector in Canada and for risk management in insurance in the US. Previously, she held roles with Aviva, ING, PwC and Van Den Boom Groep.

According to a statement from AMP, Goedhart is leaving AMP to return to Canada for family reasons.

She will be succeeded by Jenny Fagg who will officially take over from Goedhart on 9 February 2018 but will join from 17 January to ensure for a smooth transition.
