AMP Capital reshuffles leadership

AMP Capital has appointed a permanent chief financial officer and moved acting CFO and COO, Adrian Williams, to the role of global transition manager. He will oversee the separation of the functions of the two offices until the end of the year.

Williams has been with AMP Capital for nearly 13 years, joining as head of property finance in late 2007. He was named head of corporate responsibility and business platform for real estate in 2017 and appointed acting COO in 2018. He added the CFO functions last year.

Before joining AMP Capital, Williams was a director at JLL for finance and lease administration, looking after compliance.

An accountant by training, Williams hed chartered accountant positions with Pannell Kerr Forster and State Forests of NSW for a decade.

Aideen O'Donovan has been named the new CFO for AMP Capital.
