AMP Capital has confirmed the departure of head of institutional business, John Meagher, effective 6 April 2017.
Meagher was appointed to the role in 2009 and prior to that was acting head of institutional business, following the promotion of Dean Winterton to managing director for South East Asia and the Middle East.
He joined AMP Capital in 2007 as a senior business executive and before that held roles in both Australia and the UK with Fidelity International, Invesco and Macquarie Bank.
Meagher's successor at AMP Capital is Tim Nation who was formerly the head of real estate capital.
