AMP has announced the appointment of Pauline Blight-Johnston as group executive for the newly created insurance & superannuation division.
Blight-Johnston was previously AMP's director of wealth protection & mature products, having joined the firm in May 2014 from the role of managing director at RGA Reinsurance.
The new appointment comes as the company seeks to transform its leadership team.
