Allianz Australia has welcomed a new chief risk and compliance officer who joins from the Commonwealth Bank.
Anthony Greenhill spent two decades at the nation's biggest lender in several senior risk management, technology, and audit roles.
The new risk chief will also join the insurer's senior management team.
Greenhill replaces Tara Laybutt, who departed a few months ago to take up a contract with the Bank of Queensland.
Before CBA, Greenhill spent four years at Credit Suisse, leading country and global technology reviews, one year at Qantas and two years at PwC.
"With over 25 years of experience in senior risk and audit positions across the financial services sector, Anthony's leadership will be instrumental in supporting our risk culture and commitment to compliance," Allianz said.
