James (Jim) Montague has retired from the board of Local Government Super after serving as a member-elected director since October 2013.
He is succeeded at the $11 billion fund by Greg McLean, who was elected as a representative of the United Services Union in June 2018.
Montague, who has had a 50-year career in local government, retired from his position as Canterbury-Bankstown Council's deputy general manager in May 2016.
