Graham Heilbronn leaves the board of Sunsuper
Sunsuper has confirmed the departure of director Graham Heilbronn from the Sunsuper board. Heilbronn, who was elected as an employer representative in 2006 by the Queensland Chamber of Commerce and Industry, also served as board chair during his term. He is replaced by Paul Lahiff.
Head of Equities to retire from Perpetual
Perpetual has announced the retirement of head of equities, Matt Williams, after 22 years with the company. Williams will transition responsibilities to Paul Skamvougeras, who has been promoted from his current role as deputy head of equities, in a phased approach by 30 September 2015.
Mark Day steps down from the board of EISS
Mark Day is to step down as independent chair of the Electricity Industry Superannuation Scheme (EISS) board after 13 years in the role. Peter Siebels has been named as his replacement and will take up the position in March.

The board of Electricity Industry Superannuation Scheme (EISS) has appointed Peter Siebels as its new independent chair. Siebels will take up the post in March 2015, replacing Mark Day who has been in the role for 13 years and has come to the end of his term.
