Garry Weaven has been named as the new chair of ME Bank, replacing former Reserve Bank chief, Bernie Fraser, who has stepped down after 15 years with the organisation. Weaven is also the chair of global fund manager, IFM Investors. He joined ME Bank as a director in April 2000.
